Here’s how much money you’d have if you invested $1,000 into McDonald’s 10 years ago

I don’t have any real stats to back this up… but I think it’s fair to say that most people probably spend more than $1,000 at McDonald’s over a 10-year period.

What if you invested $1,000 in McDonald’s stock instead?

Assuming 4% average annual inflation… $1,000 10 years ago would look something like $1,480 today. Would you believe it if I told you that your $1,000 McDonald’s investment would be worth more than double that amount?
